What is delivery service

Notice
  • Leave your luggage at the reception by 4p.m, luggage will be delivered next day except hokaido, okinawa, part of honsyu area. And if you drop your luggage between 4p.m~8p.m, luggage will be delivered two days later.
  • There are two sizes of cardboard box . 100 size is 250yen and 120 size is 350yen.
  • Refridgerated transportation, mail delivery, compact parcel delivery are out of our service. Please go to Yamato transport sales office「Yamato transport Kyoto central center」(walking 12mins). Cooled or frozen foods can also be shipped from Kyoto central post office.
  • Please note that delivery service may be suspend during the busy season.

Can these items be shipped?

Alcohol, electronic equipment (computer etc.), musical instrument

The above items can not be shipped.
Please go to Yamato transport sales office「Yamato transport Kyoto central center」(walking 12mins).

  • ※You can purchase packing materials for alcohol at Kyoto central post office near by Kyoto station.
  • ※For musical instrument, it is depending on the Yamato staff can be shipped or not although in a instrument case.

Items cannot be shipped

  • Linear dimension (length + width + height) over 160cm or over 25kg in weight.

  • Valuable・electronic equipment（computer,digital camera, tablet etc.）

  • Fragile, animal, hazardous item, perishables goods

  • Inappropriate items for storage considered by staffs
